the construction of a deck with a 0 foot front yard setback along
13th
Street and to permit a shed to be located with a 0 foot sideyard
setback along the property line between 213 and 211 Baldt Avenue on
their property at 213 Baldt Avenue, New Castle, Delaware, known as
tax parcel number 2100700179.
For
the purpose of considering this application, the Board of Adjustment
will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday April 9, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in
