1. Special City Council Workshop to discuss Clearwire Co. tower proposal near Suzi Park, which may involve MSC water tower.

   
   

2. Discussion with Immanuel Episcopal Church concerning land owned by the Church and their work with the national non-profit group, the Trust for Public Land, to obtain grant funding and possibly transfer ownership of the land to the City to be preserved as open space and passive recreation.

   
   

3. Discussion and update on the City borrowing funds for stormwater projects and information from the City requested by professionals working on moving the projects forward.

For item No. 3 above, the Council President has been working on items relative to the borrowing and stormwater projects, including discussions with the Trustees of the New Castle Commons and discussions with professionals involved in moving the projects forward. Very recent information and requests for information from the City have been made, and therefore this is an item added later to this agenda.
