A Public Hearing will be held at 6:45 p.m. in Town Hall, 201 Delaware Street, New Castle on Tuesday, April 10, 2007, on a proposal to address directional issues of traffic on 14th Street in the Washington Park subdivision; and to discuss placement of STOP signs on 10th Street at its intersection with Young Street and on Young Street at its intersection of 10th Street.
