A Public Hearing will be held at 6:45 p.m. in Town Hall, 201 Delaware Street, New Castle on Tuesday, October 9, 2007, to discuss Ordinance No. 455, a proposal to Increase Income Eligibility Limits for persons to receive Tax Exemptions, where those eligible would also have to be either Disabled or Over 65 years old.
