A Public Hearing will be held at 6:45 p.m. in Town Hall, 201 Delaware Street, Tues., Feb. 13, on proposed Ordinance No. 447, amending Section 166-7 of the City Code, by adding a new section under (d) Engine Compression Brakes: No Person shall operate an engine compression brake within the City of New Castle limits, with the exception of emergency situations.
