A Public Hearing will be held at 6:45 p.m. in Town Hall, 201 Delaware Street, New Castle on Tuesday, November 14, 2006, to discuss placing traffic calming signs on 2nd Street and 9th Street; specifically, a Stop Sign on 9th Street intersecting with Gray coming from South Street and to make a four-way Stop at the intersection of 2nd and Chestnut Streets.
