1. Discussion of proposed Resolution No. 2010-4 (see Item No. 2 below).

   
   

2. Motion, Discussion and Vote on Resolution No. 2010-4, acknowledging that the total amount the City shall be authorized to borrow for three ARRA Stimulus Funded Green Project Reserve projects shall be $1,322,500, and that the Trustees of the New Castle Common have committed to an added $194,063.50 contribution toward the projects costs, and that the City Council must decided by this Resolution how the funding for the remaining $194,063.50 shall be provided, so that the total cost, of $1,710,627, may be paid in order to covers all costs for all three projects.

   
   

3. Executive Session to discuss legal and personnel matters.
