Auditor G. Sarnecki, Trustee G. Peden
Clerk Darcy Mozer was absent.

President Castagno called the meeting order with the pledge of allegiance to the flag.

Council reviewed the proposed revenue projections and expenses with lengthy discussions.

Council President called for a motion to adjourn at about 9:00pm. Motion carried unanimously.
