The Commissioners at their February 2001 monthly meeting voted to create a Seasonal Conservation Rate in conformance with the Governor's Water Supply Task Force recommendation. For the months July through September residential customers will pay .004719¢ for water used in excess of 3,242 gallons per month. Commercial customers with meters of 1½ inches will pay .004719¢ for all water used in excess of 166,828 gallons per day.
